let me guess you want to create a exploit? I know shell coding and assembly very well but it would be nice to know what your trying to do? I just don't want my code to be use in a illegal way. And I know shell coding is part of exploit writing so you need to explain what you plan on doing with my code if I do this. So are you trying to create a exploit for research or are you just trying to make a exploit for malicious purposes? I just want to know what you will use the shell code for? I don't mind doing a project like this as long as it is legal in my country. Plus Russia is known for hackers and I have no intention of helping hackers break into computers they have no business in. If you plan on using my assembly & shell coding knowledge and code in a malicious way for hacking please ignore my proposal.
