Asterisk hosted PBX setup

Setup my hosted Asterisk PBX system with the following: 1. Callers can be easily transferred to a queue to hold for a leasing agent. 2. Callers can be easily transferred to an extension by any other extension. 3. After hours callers can choose an option to report an emergency maintenance problem, leaving a message regarding the emergency, and the system will call and/or email someone that there is a new message. 4. A caller can get prerecorded information about hours, location, etc. I also just need someone to answer questions about the asterisk system so that I can get an idea of ways that the system might make my business more efficient that I haven't even thought of.
