I have a commercial experience in coding of twitter-bots. The task seems pretty easy to understand and can be done in no more than a day after I take the task. I am going to solve a task by using Python 3 and Tweepy library (wrapper for twitter API for Python). The script will launch twitts at random time during the day, but no less than the given amount of times. Python script will have to be active during all the time of a work (launched via a console or something). Thanks. Sergii.

I have extensive experience using Python to automate tasks. There are numerous python libraries that interface with the twitter api. A script that posts images to twitter with text is straight forward to create, as is the random sampling functionality you request.
