installer developer "NSIS" "Installshield" "Setup Factory" - I make similar task before with setup factory also did many Windows installer before (Wizard and Silent ) like - Creating custom screens and displaying control options , downloading files, connecting DB servers , do more advanced tasks ... - Installing all product requirements and generate final exe contain( server customized setting , registry , folders , services , privileges , and using powershell cmds to install IIS , mysql , users accounts ...., etc) available for long term period

Assuming your application is for Windows based computers. I can whip up an application installer within 3 days. Will need some time to test it. The application installer will have an installer as well as an uninstaller. Information about the developer and the program. License agreement (provided by you) Ability to select install location. The application will be tested on Windows XP & 7 systems.

I have a very good hands on experience in Installshield and NSIS installer tools. I have created packages to install databases, services and add registry entries and do custom actions pre/post installations. I have added experience in building projects using Nant scripts and vbscripts.
