Create a very simple 3D game engine

Hello Freelancer, I'm looking for someone who can create a very simple 3D Game Engine in C# (XNA 4.0). The only features I need the engine to have is: - Camera: Rotatable with the middle mouse button, resettable with double middle mouse button. Changing view from first person, to third person, to top down. - Player: A simple model that can move around and jump. - Simple physics: Pushable boxes, and destructible buildings(Buildings that can be entered by the player, and can have a multitude of floors that can be seen through within the top down view(Like the Sims.)
