C# Fix my strange concurrent web request problem

I am using the API here: [login to view URL] to create an automatic soccer trading program. The API above uses the Rx Extensions library to perform concurrent web requests. I am getting a very strange error, when I run the code from a unit test it works fine but when I run the same code from a form (using a button) the request times out. You must have a strong understanding of C# and Multithreading/Rx. You will most likely have to jump on team viewer with me to have a look at the problem. Understanding of Betfair is not required.
