Add / Remove / Sort Fields On the fly

Hello, Explanation: There are two text boxes, and 4 check boxes. first group cannot be deleted. the plus adds another group of fields where you can add unlimited groups of those fields. all of these are put into an array and basically output like so: textbox-1 textbox-1 check-1 check-1 check-1 check-1 and when group two is posted, it's like so: textbox-2 textbox-2 check-2 check-2 check-2 check-2 I just need basic functionality so you can do add, remove, and also move a group UP or DOWN and it will update the number or where it's at basically. for example: ParentNode-DefaultFields ChildNode-group1 (Move Down) ChildNode-group2 (Move Up) (Move Down) ChildNode-group3 (Move Up) (Move Down) ChildNode-group4 (Move Up) this needs to happen on the fly because this will be within another form and i dont want any refreshing to happen dont worry about post data and inserting it into a database. i just need the print_r to output the array for now and make sure they are sorted correctly thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
