Create a Simple iPhone and Android App

We wish to produce an application similar to the [login to view URL] mAIS app (see in Apple / Andriod stores). This app records the phone position from GPS, its speed and its direction of travel. Then, it transmits this via network when in range. The data is used at our end to plot the position of the phone over time. It is intended for use on small boats, etc. For a more information on this application please view its bio in the respective stores. In short, your app must run in the background (or in front) and collect positional data as described. It will then send this data together with a unique ID for us to recognise the source, to a domain name and port we supply. The app should be possible to start, stop by user. We want the same look and feel to both iPhone and Android, so if you are bidding for only one app you need to consider that it must match the other!
