Our goal is to provide rendering and animation services to the design professional, visually communicating their design intent and enhance the value of time. Being the first project, on which we have placed a bid, our terms are simple and we are learning as we go. Our technique will employ the use of converting your CAD designs into a Revit 3D environment and then exported into 3Ds Max, where we overlay the model to your background images for post editing. Your project will just require just some material board samples and conversations about lighting, depth and how involved the 3D modeling needs to be. Our rates are based on the amount of modeling required, either $150 USD per interior rendering project (up to 4 renderings) or $30/ hr. Animations or drafting will fall under hourly rates
