I need 4 Renders of a house with Multiple Photos from different Angles (4 locations of the house), and a 3d floor layout.
Needed:
- 4 Renders (4 Locations)
- 3d Floor Plan (2 Floors)
FINAL BUDGET: $65.00
I am attaching a Sketchup File and Autocad File DWG of a final home project.
I need you to make 4 renders of 4 different locations.
Location 1: House Front (See Files called idea1)
Location 2: Back of the House (See file idea2 to give you an idea of what I want to see more less)
Location 3: Inside the Living Room (looking towards the pool and kitchen) (see idea 3)
Location 4: somewhere in the main room, maybe looking towards the bathroom, dont know, best location. I need to show the main room/restroom (the restroom is nice since it has a nice view to the terrace as you can see)
The Sketchup and Autocad file is FINAL. No modifications to sizes, measurements, etc. it is final. Just need you to make images (renders) of those locations described above.
NOTE: Idea1 is a real render of this project, however as you can see it is terrible, bad quality, I need you to make it look nice, I need you to renderize better, make it sell! because this is a project we are trying to sell and we need it to look amazing for buyers.
NOTE 2: for every single one of this 4 locations I need 3 shots (images) from different perspectives/views.
NOTE 3: For the 3d Floor Layout I am attaching an example of what I need, this is called 3dfloorplanexample.
NOTE: Modifications to all work may be needed, and are included in this job. So have in mind that if you accept this you may need to modify some things after delivery.
FINAL BUDGET: $65.00
Budget is final.
Need to deliver before Thursday September 22.
