Complete a complex registration website

I need someone to help me finish a project that's been on my plate for about 3 years in development. I've been the lead developer on it, but I've become so swamped with other work that I simply have no time to commit to it. And I need it done, as it's essential to the growth of my company. This first phase of the project is about 50-60% completed. I need a solid developer who can take the existing code, read the project specifications and get it done in a timely fashion. I anticipate about 130-140 hours (3-4 weeks) remaining on this phase. Bid accordingly. Strong working knowledge of JQUERY, Web Services, ASP.NET, C#, and LINQ is required. There will be 2 additional projects available at the completion of this project. So, I'm looking for someone that is available long term. You MUST be able to think outside the box and understand what the purpose of the website is. Test your own code. And give me updates at the end of your work day.
