Create ImageMagickObject OLE Control for VBscript (Create an ImageMagickObject COM+)

Hello, We are looking for someone who can modify a software called ImageMagick in order to use the [login to view URL] without installing the whole software suite. There is alot of documentation on their site on how to build it from the source but we do not have the tools (or knowledge) to do it. All information to build the COM+ is located at [login to view URL] We need to be able to register the [login to view URL] without any issues. Right now when we try, it does not work unless we install the whole program. We attempted to group all the dlls in the software in one folder then registered the [login to view URL] and it worked however, it crashes when trying to call it up in vba. We are looking to be able to register the [login to view URL] without having to install the whole program and work in vba.
