Create a sync between Quickbooks Online and Dynamics CRM

I need Quickbooks Customer table to update Dynamics CRM Account table with any changes made inside of Quickbooks Online. I also need it to create a new account in CRM when a new customer is created in Quickbooks Online. There is only 1 field that is 100% common between QBO and CRM. It the Resale Number field from Quickbooks online and the Account Number field in CRM. I have Skyvia you could set it up on or I have Azure SQL Database.

There is no notify, webhook, or callback within Quickbooks Online for any processes or transactions such as create a new users/accounts. So you should use a cron/scheduled script which will continuously check the new account created. so, once it detects new account it will invoke Dynamic CRM's API and create a new account using the API.
