Hello, I have more than ten years experience using Delphi and other programming systems and various rdbms such as Oracle, MsSql, Sybase, potgresql, etc. I have already created some standalone delphi SOAP webservice using Indy http server. One of them serves thousands of requests daily and operates without interruption for months now. I also can create a REST service if you want. Please send detailed specs about servies you need.

It has long been working with Delphi (5,6,7, xe2) and databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Firebird, MySQL), working with UDP, TCP and Web protocols. It is not clear what it is you want to get from the customer and you want to send it. ODBC protocol in this case is not the best, it was more stable-to ADO but it depends on the database, it is possible for your application optimally move to a completely different architecture.
