Desarrollar software en Qt framework C++

I need program new module for my software in Qt framework (C++). I need the freelancer to build a new routine storage (including asynchronous events such as pause or crash, points A, B, C, D, ... or change guidance line). This is independent of the 3D graphics. I also want the freelancer to build a new module to play these files. You should be able to vary the speed of playback, fast forward or rewind the file (you can skip to next / previous change event guideline). The graphics functions are easily accessed by entering the new position x,y of the object. The label displays are showing stored values. You can see the source code teamviewer 11.
