Write a technical scope of work

[ this task is better handled by a web/mobile programmer not any technical writer as I expect you to put in some development ideas ] I will give you a business idea for a mobile application and platform and I want you to write an overall technical requirements to be read by potential software development bidders. What I will give you : - write-up (5 paragraphs) describing the whole idea What you will turn in : 1 word file document (20 - 30 pages max) that have: 1- better elaboration on the idea in english describing the business problem and how we intend to solve it 2- overall description of the solution (expanding on what I will give you) 3- Usage Scenarios (you will develop this based on the idea, thus it is better if you are a programmer or business analyst), which details: 3.1 Who are the intended users (a list) 3.2 what are the expected use-cases for each user (a list per user type) 3.3 how will the software help them (paragraph per user) 4. overall requirements for platform ( I will give overall outlines but you will expand on it) Thanks,
