Asterisk Now Box Config

I need somebody proficiant with asterisk to help me configure my Asterisk now box. It is a fairly simple config. 6 SIP Phones, 1 Analog line coming in and 3 DID's provided from Vitelity. Box has a static IP and domain name, but is not talking to Vitelity at the moment (Part of the problem) Would like help on getting that working and then a small voicemenu. I have done the Voice menu part before that no real problem, the problem is the box not talking to my VOIP Provider. When I call the DID I get busy signals.
