Amazon EC2 Server and Farm Setup and Automation, python

Hi there, I'm looking for someone who can setup some AMI's on Amazon's EC2, Connect them either by OPENVPN, Hamachi (preferred), or amazon's VPC setup....not sure which one is better I then need Backburner to be setup across all machines, one as a manager, and the rest as a server. Finally, I need AMI's setup , that can be started up via Amazon's Control Panel on the aws site, and once created, they are up and running and automatically connected to the server. This last part I feel needs some batch scripting of some kind..I figured Python is the best way to go. . Not sure how much this costs, so I'm open to suggestion
