Call Center -- JV partner

I am looking for a few reliable call centers to become joint venture partners for ongoing projects in the future. Preferably call centers that have set up to do both inbound and outbound calls with professional English-speaking sales reps (possible multi-lingual capability to handle special outbound calling requests). I would like to see two types of rates: 1. a fixed fee per call ($0.10 to $1.00 per call) plus performance bonus for sales orders ($10 to $100 per sales order). 2. an hourly rate with estimated number of calls completed within a time period OUTBOUND CALLS: make initial contacts, follow up and close deals or set appointments INBOUND CALLS: create or confirm orders, tech support, set appointments All projects require a daily / weekly reporting in EXCEL by email. Clients will provide all calling lists / contacts. Ideal JV partner will be flexible, reliable, with great working attitude to complete each project with results.
