Looking for an Experienced Appointment Setter - Big Incentives!

I have a unique opportunity for someone extremely personable and confident in their appointment setting abilities. These aren't 'cold calls' per say as the leads themselves are hot and have already been contacted via a direct mail campaign. We've already done all the research and broke the ice, now we just need a closer. We will give you everything you need to succeed including lead-specific research and excellent sales copy. Your job would be to call businesses, try and get the owner on the phone, and to speak to them directly about the opportunity we've already approached them with. Generally, we always have a low volume of leads. The emphasis really is on quality not quantity. There would be a brief informational session to familiarize you with our service (online reputation management) via phone or Skype to start. All you have to do is get the leads to schedule a meeting - no need to worry about making a sale. I'm willing to pay you $100 for every one of your leads that becomes a client. If we get 10 conversions from your work I'll give you a $500 bonus. If we get 20 conversions, I'll give you a $1,000 bonus. Best case scenario, you could make $3,000 just in incentives! This is an on-going position and there is no time restraint on the bonuses. You could get them in a couple of weeks or a couple of months - it's just dependent on how successful you are. I'm looking for a PARTNER not an EMPLOYEE. If you do really well there's equity and a full time gig in it for you. Please have an excellent command of the English language with no accent, answer all screening questions in detail and no canned cover letters please.
