Creating questions for QA assessment

I need help with 30 good quality multiple choice questions for assessing Manual and Automation QA skills. The questions are meant to be used in the screening test as a part of our hiring process. These are the areas I'm interested in evaluating:
Manual
* QA process-related (good understanding of test estimation, test planning, test execution etc)
* Scenario type questions e.g. "What steps will you take when a particular trade management system is found to have a bug?"
Automation
* Tool related: QTP and Selenium
* Scripting language related: VBscript, Java. We don't need gurus in these languages but the candidates must have basic understanding so they can write good automation tests
* Framework related: Overall strategy to test automation
