Please find below our requirements:
- 1H sample course on MS Excel 2007 including:
[ creating a workseet with a table with 'monthly abscence': employee first name, last name, department, days of abscence]
[ sorting/filtering the column to display only 1 department, order the employee by last name, diplay only employees with more than 3 days of abscence, filter by color]
[ creating a 2nd workseet with a table 'abscence' : departement, total days of abscence]
[ calculation of the total days of abscence for one department using formulas (linked with the fisrst worksheet)]
- The concepts presented during the course needs be included in a powerpoint presentation (around 10 slides should be fair enought).
- The trainer may use Excel 2007 for an interactive demo
In order to make this sample course, we will provide you the following details:
- our Skype ID (so we can also discuss the details of the program in case of a future collaboration)
- a session ID to log on mikogo: you will have the remote control of one of our computer, with MS Excel 2007 and a High speed internet connection. Thus you will be able to transfer the Powerpoint presentation (the sample training course) directly on this computer.
