Clerical / Automation Work On Getting House Values

I have a list of properties from an MLS listing and want to find the properties under 900k. The two websites are [login to view URL] and housefront.com. The MLS listings can be found here ( [login to view URL];s=SEF&t=SEF ). Basically, I need excel spreadsheet of ADDRESS broken up where I can sort by ZIP, STATE, ect. Asking Price, ZILLOW Price, percentage differece, HOUSEFRONT Price, percentage difference, [login to view URL], percentage difference, [login to view URL], percentage difference... If you are chosen for this project I would need 3 samples entires to confirm that the instructions are understood. Please email me with an estimate. It can be automated but for the specs I'm asking for it might be easier and fast to do manually.
