Build a Website

I'm looking for a simple script that will merge multiple podcast feeds into a single feed. It should output them as a podcast feed sorted by time/date published (as indicated in the various feeds) via an Apache 2.4 server running FreeBSD. Specifically, it should be able to merge [login to view URL] (which has a bunch of old podcasts) with [login to view URL] Which feed it pulls its iTunes: and non-episodic tags (everything between the tags) from needs to be configurable. The configuration can be in a file or on the command line. My language preferences are: 1) Perl 2) C 3) Python 4) Ruby 5) PHP You’re welcome to use any libraries that are available on FreeBSD (which is pretty much everything). Shouldn't take more than an hour for an experienced programmer.
