About us We are a voice agency and a sound production company, based in Sweden but with clients and voices all over the world. Every day we get requests to record pro voices for TV commercials, web films, apps, e-learnings, tele on hold-systems etc – shown in all parts of the world. We have over 2500 pro handpicked voices in our database who are often based in their home countries. We have carefully selected what voices work, and who doesn’t. Our clients normally have very high demands of quality. We will be launching a new website in March and we need an introduction video (about 20 seconds long) that will loop in the header. First of all, please have a look at the pdf to get the feel of how our brand is going to be communicated. Several things will change from the current design on online [login to view URL], such as colors, setup, picture styles etc. Its important that the video will integrate nicely with the new design. The whole idea with the video is to briefly show what we do, and to communicate the global opportunities we give our clients. At Online Voices we make it easier with the whole process from personal casting (finding the right voice, translation of script, booking, negotiating the fee, admin of the usage rights, directing (by us or the client) and post production. The client can give us a script in English, and order 60 languages back with both script and voiceover. We will take care of the rest. We want all of the raw material of the video production and might make slight adjustments ourselves. We might also make future web commercials and Youtube ads from this raw material ourselves. Deadline and quote: We need a brief and something graphic which clearly illustrates your idea as soon as possible before the 28th of January. Also a clear quote and time plan is needed.
