Create a video in 2D to visualize a prank call

Hello, I am looking for someone who can create "visual representations" of my prank phone calls which mostly involved messing with indian/pakistan scammers who claim to work for IRS/Microsoft and/or other similar companies. Here is a good example as to what I would like: [login to view URL] It would show a detail environment as to what is going on in the phone call, and a good representation of the characters involved (with basic movements such as mouth, eyes, head etc..) I hope to be able to provide between 5-10 phone calls a month so that would be 5-10 videos a month. Please be aware that I can only provide the actual phone call conversation (a video can vary in length between 5-15 minutes), but you would be in charge of providing the rest such as the characters and environment. I can pay up to $30 a minute depending on the quality. Those interested must be able to provide a 20 second sample (you can just re-animate any 20 second part of the sample video mention above).
