Convert C to VB.NET

Hi, I have attached some C code for "Safe eject" USB drives... Im wanting this converted to VB.NET 08 or alternatively. If you allready have code to do this that would be just as good.. Code must be converted (commented )with and placed into a simple program which i can enter a drive leter in a text box and then click eject BUTTON!
