betfair bot

I require an application written in VISUAL BASIC EXPRESS AND NOT using the BETFAIR API to gather data and betting on the betfair betting exchange site. I expect a web scrapper type application that will bet and gather information from the betfair exchange. what i want is: Gather the following data 10 times a second for all UK horse races until the race is closed. Data required: MARKET_ID (race number) SELECTION_ID (EVERY HORSE in the race) BACK ODDS (all odds for all horses THERE ARE 3 BUCKETS OF ODDS) LAY ODDS (all odds for all horses THERE ARE 3 BUCKETS OF ODDS) AMOUNT OF MONEY MATCHED FOR (all odds for all horses THERE ARE 3 BUCKETS AGAIN) THE CURRENT TIME OF THE SNAPSHOT I also require a mechanism to bet on the races being analysed. The application must dynamically find all the UK horse races as i want the application to run continuously without any intervention from myself. I need the data putting in a spreadsheet for each race. I need a separate spreadsheet for each race each day. I need the application to be robust and accurate. I need all code commented and documented with an easy install procedure. I need the application to run on XP with 1Gb of RAM. I expect a 30 day warranty. Payment upon successful demonstration (excel datafiles produced and placebet, updatebet and cancel bets operations) and successfull installation I do not know the exact urls but if you use httpanalyzer or ethereal you can easily find this out. I assume you would use http get/post methods using the session_token/cookie you would recieve from a get call. I already have an api version but this is not quick enough. sample excel output attached. Must must know how to web scrap, login to betfair, place a bet in betfair, cancel a bet in betfair, draw down horse racing data in betfair and VB.
