Convert Google Diff library to Visual Basic 6

Create a Visual Basic 6 code module for the Diff functionality in Google's Diff library. (Match and Patch portions of the library should be ignored). Code is available in multiple languages including: Java, JavaScript, Python, Google, CPlusPlus, CSharp, Lua, Objective-C, Dart on the website below. I need a VB6 version of this. Windows API calls (Wide versions for unicode support) can also be used where the functionality is needed or provides a performance boost. The Visual Basic Common Component replacement controls (version 1.2) should be used in this demo to support unicode file names and content.
