Dear Sir, I have gone though your requirements and understood it. Basically it happens because of browser and you have to fix the CSS for specific browser and the Javascript will identify the browser and select the CSS for that browser. I have done this type of work many times in previous and I always use CROSS browser option in my web projects. So, as a expert web developer I'm confident to do the project.
