Build site generating daily min AUD$20 from Adsense,longterm

Job Description Seeking a very professional and realiable Google Adsense website builder to build a site which generates AT LEAST $20 AUD per day. It makes at least that amount daily for 30 days for you to be paid. No milestones. You will write the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. The website MUST conform to these requirements : - Provide an overview of the project plan to me before commencement. - You look for and propose domain name for my final approval (best to give me at least 3 options). - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles, at least one article every week for one year. - No Plagiarism - I test using premium copyscape - must be SEO optimised with keywords used frequently. - SEO Marketing as required. - Must generate at least $20 AUD per day, into my Paypal account. - No adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, wars or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense Terms Of Service. - Site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE Terms of Service 100%. - You must grant me copyright of all content, in writing. - Must contain related images, of which you grant me Copyright ownership, or are in Public Domain. You cannot infringe on Third Party image Copyright. - Must be well designed, look stylish, and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - if it doesn't look good, neat and tidy, I won't accept it. - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites). - Must Be Adsense optimized and able to add other Adsense alternatives (OpenX compatible and ready) - must be joined to my Google Analytics and linked to the same Google account as adsense. - Must be connected to my Paypal account, ready to collect Adsense proceeds. - Remember, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TOS. I cannot risk my Adsense account. - TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! - Provide proof of income after 30 days launch, including daily statistics (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) - I will pay the amount only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. This means after the 30 day mark, providing the minimum average daily earnings nett into my Paypal account, and all requirements have been met. - I will pay bonus if you exceed my expectations, around the 6 month mark. - You must keep me informed of your progress throughout the building, and be available for support in the year after to fix if anything breaks/is not working, included in the initial price.
