Bold & stylish web

hello. I am trying to see if I can get a good website template that i can manage but also stylish, like [login to view URL] , and [login to view URL] those two combined would be good, something clean and stands out. just need couple of menus, and setup so it bring the target page when the menu is clicked to the main area (middle), instead of going into whole different web page. so the index page will have everything and only the sections of the page will change when button is clicked. the web is for reviewing different parts and comparing things. let me kno what kind of websites you guys have made, so i can see how it will come out. Also this would be just to get it started. I might order addon projects to my website (we will negociate the prices when i do again). So I am mainly looking for reliable provider that I can order different projects in the future. hope i didnt sound too complicated. thanks.
