Correct CSS for a simple HTML page.

Hello web designers, We have a simple HTML page which is already completely developed but we need some very minor changes in the CSS. We will be providing the HTML as well as the reference image to you. All you have to do is compare the given HTML with the reference image and make sure that the CSS is set to render the HTML just like it is shown in the reference. We want the layout such that the page renders exactly the same way across all browsers and resolutions(very imp.), hence we would prefer if you gave the widths as percentages rather than fix them everywhere. We really want our page to maintain the same symmetries as shown in the reference image. Attention to detail is very very important to us. Also we would prefer if you did not change our container div names and in case you need to make any changes, we would prefer if you could put proper comments (comment should say: changed by <name> on <date>) so that we know what and where you have made a change. This is very important. Do not create another css, we already have a [login to view URL] that contains all the styling, please add your styling there with a proper comment (comment should say: changed by <name> on <date>). This is a 1-2 hour job, so we expect only bidders who are good with css and who can deliver the page on an asap basis to apply on this, others please don't bother.
