Custom Wordpress Templates and Data Entry for Website

We need four customizable Wordpress templates (and the data and links entered) to be created to go with a home page design we've had created. The purpose of this project is for the bidder to develop an attractive and coherent design that works well aesthetically with the home page, logo, icons and illustrations. By design, we mean the color selections, design and placement of borders and color backgrounds, menu design, font selection, layout and placement of text, and placement and justification of illustrations and other graphical elements. The purpose of the design is to provide a "look and feel" for the page and the overall website. In this case, it does not include the placement of links except where the links are an inherent part of the design (in this case, for example, the "Get It Now" page). The home page can be seen at www.qmforms.com. While the layout of the homepage shown here is fine, the fonts and pictures have not been selected. The overall website mockup can be seen at this link: [login to view URL] The Mockingird mockup is a crude representation of what we want and is meant to show general placement and the copy (text) of the website. The designer should plan to develop a set of designs that will substantially improve the professionalism and attractiveness of the mockup. A Design Guide has been developed in draft form. While not finished, it will be useful for reference and is attached. The templates should be able to implement the pages in the mockup in this way: Template #1: General text with pictures pages: How It Works, How to Use, Why Use, About Us Template #2: Case Study layout pages: the eight case study pages: Cable Install, Home Healthcare, etc. Template #3: Get It Now This is the layout of the product options: Free account, professional, etc. Template #4: News A general layout for press releases. Once the templates are designed and approved by us, the designer is to create pages using the designs and the copy (text) in the current Mockingburd mockups. If we have selected them, we will also require that you include the pictures (graphics files) in the pages. After the pages have been created, minor revisions of the pages may be required to accommodate the text and pictures and this project will include those revisions. After the pages are created, the total website should be created, with the links from the home page (file to be provided). The overall deliverable then includes the following: 1) Four templates as described above 2) The pages for the website with all data added 3) The complete website file(s) including all text, links and all pictures that are available by the time the templates and text are completed. Some guidelines for bidders: 1) Your bid should describe what you will do to meet the requirements and why you are qualified to do this work. 2) We do not make initial Milestone payments greater than 10% of the project bid. Do not request a Milestone payment greater than 10% of the total bid. 3) The attachment called "VirtualLogger Freelancer Agreement" contains additional terms and conditions to avoid ambiguity. If you accept this project, you will be accepting the terms included in that document.
