Design Website and Wordpress theme

I am looking to hire someone to design a website. I am not looking for the site to be coded, only mock'd up in Photoshop. The theme will eventually be turned into a wordpress theme so understanding wordpress themes is needed. You will be designing four elements of the site. First, you will be designing a front page that will be linked to wordpress, but independent of it. Only recent blog posts will be pulled from the inner wordpress site, everything else is independent. Secondly, you will be taking the homepage design and adapting that to fit a few design requirements for the admin theme. The admin theme will be very similar to the homepage design, but slightly different because it needs to meet some specific needs. You will be designing a features page for the product I am selling which will be in a jquery tabbed box. Lastly, you will the theme and apply it to a mobile format.
