Design and css update (5 hours)

I would like make some changes and additions to my website and i am looking for a freelance designer that can help on this project. This is not a company website or a personal blog, its a video website with user generated content. So i expect you to be familiar with design concepts for these kind of websites. It is an active website with tableless design and css. This NOT a total redesign process. Its alterations & some additions sticking to the main layout and design. Examples of tasks required are : -designing and adding a backgound for the sides of the site -designing a new search box with tabs -increase contrast and text visibility -design a new blog for the site based on original design If you know CSS coding and can help us on that it will be a plus for you, however i am ok with just design (psd file) as well. Good communications, creativity and attention to the project is a must. I expect you to listen explanations, understand the project first and come up with ideas & samples. I hope to work with the same designer as long as i need additional changes on the site. This project is for 5 hours of initial work. Please bid the price for 5 HOURS of work. I want to be sure you have read and understood all instructions so please include the word "biopipe" in the beginning of your pm. Thx
