Designer/Illustrator for web Looking for designers who's skills are at least at the following levels: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] A good candidate: Can prototype multiple sketches, wireframes, comps before designing in Photoshop Creates original designs in Photoshop (or comparable) Creates original illustrations and icons that give web sites a handmade feel Is passionate about improving user experience Enjoys the challenge of making an elegant user interface An even better candidate: Does all of the above Can write standards compliant html and css by hand Familiarity with web 2.0 developments (jquery, ajax, etc) Can write cross browser code Has an existing and growing knowledge of css3 and html5 Understands A/B testing, user psychology In either scenario, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable working with small teams, creative, organized, and passionate about the entertainment, restaurant, and nightlife space.
