Build an Online Retail Store

Hello there! I am looking to create an online retail store, that will function like jumia, amazon. This site should be both mobile and desktop compatible. it should be able to recommend products based on previous searches. the site should be able to send invoice to the suppliers of the items that have been purchase by a customer. the site should be multi-language beginning with English and French because I want to target other countries apart of those speaking English. the site should be able to send updates to customers. the shopping cart should be able to accept other currencies apart of the US dollar. the site should be able to flag and remind us of orders that are still pending every 10 mins. the delivery agent should be able to log onto the site remotely to validate delivery of goods so that the site will stop flagging us for that particular order. the site should have various categories like electronics, food and beverages, fashion AND also subcategories just like those of the [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], walmart.com. it should be possible for others sellers to set up stores on the site and sell for free. it should be possible for us to manually activate a customers site once we have verified his or her store or goods to be OK be sending an activation link to the sign up email the seller used. I WILL BE HAPPY IF THERE IS ANY RECOMMENDATION AS PER THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITE, THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE ARE JUST WHAT I CAN THINK OF.
