We would like to customize a "One Page" template for our Web service. We know the location of each "blocks" and we have the content to put in the One page template. The main goal is the customize the template and move things around in order to fit our needs. We are a business in Montreal, Quebec and speaking and writing in french is a bonus. No fuss, clean code and delivered and tested in across all browsers and devices. I've been working as a front end developer and UI/UX designer for over 10 years, I work fast and efficiently. From the sound of your description do you think this site would work with a parallax scrolling technique? Might look nice, I'd have to see the template first though.
