Create a webpage, virtual store and create a robot to find the best deal between different web pages

I want to create a website for my multiple services business. My main business is a travel agency and I want to have an easy to use webpage that my customer can provide date, number of persons, age in case there are kids, place to travel, and some other options and a robot will go and find the best deal between several travel websites like priceline, expedia, travelocity, despegar, unitedairlines, american airlines, delta airlines, bestday, etc. Also, if the date is flexible, I want the robot to find the best deals just providing the place to visit. I also want the customer be able to purchase in that moment using a credit card, and an invoice and can be created. As I say before, I have mltiple services to offer, so I will need a menú for the customer to choose an option about travel agency, wedding planer, real estate agency, electronics store, clothes stores, credit or loan services, besides others. I am located in north of Mexico, so must of the services will be provided only in Mexico, but the travel agency will be open worldwide. Thanks and have a good day
