create a shopping cart to my existing site

Hi all! i want to make an online store with shopping cart system at my existing website. need admin panel to track daily statics reports and user. it look like below. 1. admin panel simple system with - order history, status, updating system etc. 2. product adding, deleting, price modify and such. 3. search order etc. in font end i need to create great attractive template by replacing existing one. and make a shopping cart and checkout system. payment gateway would be paypal, payza, skrill, credit card. people must signup my website before checkout and can deposit money on it. more details will be discuss at message. website: [login to view URL] ( i already have many pages with paypal button. so check the site before bid) Important: i already wasted time with few freelancer so looking only expert who can do this. so if you are not sure how to do this do not bid here.
