Content update and basic email template

This is a quick project that needs to be completed within the next 24 hours, and it needs to be done properly. This project has a BUDGET OF $30 I need the content of a landing page updated with specific content that will be provided to the person who takes on this project. The font, style and color of the text will be specified in the brief provided upon awarding the project. It can be referenced from another site, so it's not hard to do. The site is already live and simply needs to be updated. Full access details to the server and folders the landing page is sitting on will be provided so that you can work on the source. The 2nd aspect of this project is create a blank, plain template for an email to out. Again, the content will be provided. This email template is to be done so that it looks like a simple, personal email, with the personalization option available. The template, once completed will need to be uploaded ready for sending through Campaign Monitor. Again, this should be a very simple piece of work which is why it's being included in this project. Full details for the upload will be provided. This work does need to be turned around in 24 hours or less, so you need the money and are prepared to GET IT RIGHT - then please bid for this project. It will have a fixed price of $30 as a budget.
