Creating styling a html page for web,mobile,tablet

We need to get the page [login to view URL] created and styled in versions for mobile, tablet and web. The page has the followoing simple functionality When entering the page, if shows a background and then an image that are centered on top of the background. When you are clicking on this image, it should transition to another jquery mobile page using "flip". Note this is already implemented in the link. On the next page, a new image is centered on top of the background, and some text are laid over this image. Assets: Background image: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Image to show on first page: [login to view URL] Images to show on second page: [login to view URL] On the last image, text should be overlaid in the empty area. Jquery mobile should be utilized and html shoul be able to handle both portrait and landscape mode. I would just expect some raw css/html/javascript files to be delivered. No backend
