Daily posting of Advertisement and website redesign

Dear All, Requirement 1 : I am looking for some one who are professional in driving traffic toward my website .We are running Home Tutoring Service in Delhi/NCR region(India) with name of NCR Tutors. So we are looking for some one who can post our advertisement through bulk upload or by any other means in local classified website. We want to have minimum 500+ real visitor on a daily basis and it will be great if you can bring facebook users from cities mentioned below. As of now we are running 18 websites so our association will be very long and if everything goes fine then it can be recurring too. Although we got good presence over internet but we want to grow exponentially this year. Give your best quote for mentioned job , my budget is low as of now but once we get quality delivery we can continue for long time. Note : We dont want just traffic but we want only local traffic(that too real) from Delhi,Noida,Gurgaon,Greater Noida, Ghaziabad (India). In total we have 18 website out of them 14 more website need to be redesigned, so we are looking for some one who wanna work with us for long time because our work is recurring in nature and it will continue forever.
