Additional webpage designs based on existing design required

Hi, Please read carefully before replying. I'm looking for someone or a company to complete 6-10 web page designs for me. Most of the work has already been done in the sense that the look and feel and general rules for additional page designs have been designed. There will of course be occassions where some initiative and actual tought will have to be applied e.g. where an existing template does not work, the designer will have to work out how best to compliment the new page utilisiing design features and guidelines already applied to existing pages. I have attached a JPG showing one template that has already been completed. (PSDs will be supplied to winning bid) I am looking to pay a max of $35-$60 per page depending on the complexity of the page - we can discuss this on a case by case basis. - Only quality designers should apply i.e. not people that simply know how to use photoshop. See the quality of the design in the attached file. - You must include samples of your own work. - You must be able to offer a professional service in terms of delivery and communications. - Applicants must be able to speak english and make good time for briefing discussions. - Attention to detail is essential as the site designs must remain consistent throughout. - No html, css or other coding skills are required. - I will require PSDs with flat rendered JPGs as project output. - I will not respond to arrogant 1 line replies e.g. "See www.mysite.com" before you make a decision. Such as reply indicates that you are not truly interested in what you do. - The winning bidder will be treated fairly and with respect as I seek lasting partnerships. - I will deliver prompt payment to a professional service provider and more work will follow is the quality if right.
