Build and upload a used car dealers website

Wanting to design a simple but executive looking website for a used car dealership. Like the look of the following website but can be simplified a great deal. Please look at :- [login to view URL] Only need three pages - Home page To be labled - HMC Home - similar with to the above named website with:- 1. seach inventory box on the left under company logo. 2. Interchanging image - to be the images of the cars that are in the inventory. 3. Far left under seach box - 2 to 3 advertisments (to change monthly). 4. The three boxes under the interchanging image - SEARCH - Change to HMC HOME (home page). 30 SECOND - Change to INVENTORY. USED CAR - Change to CONTACT. These to be the main page selection buttons (no pagebar above the changing image required). 5. under the 3 boxes - a write up of the company with no inventory scroll required. INVENTORY This page will need to be updated weekly - love the layout of this websites inventory page. - We will have to be taught how to upload images and write up. Like to also have a link to the finance form too. also a like to ask questions directly to us about each car. CONTACT This should just be just a simple page that alows clients to get in touch with us -paragraph introducing the page followed by a table - Name, address, phone, email and message, with the form directing an e-mail directly to us. I have worked on a SWISH template before and liked the templates but am worried about usability of the scrolling on IPhones?? Would be very open to purchasing a template and building on it but need advice and help. After a price to submit at our next meeting.
