Create Wordpress site for a small journal/magazine

Migrate a small, simple web site (a journal) to Wordpress. Original site is here: [login to view URL] Want the site moved to Wordpress and made to look like something like this: [login to view URL] (this uses Morning After Theme, but that theme doesn’t have to be used). I’ve provided images here - [login to view URL] - showing how the original site could be made to look like the model site, [login to view URL], using the Morning After Theme ([login to view URL] Again, don’t have to use this theme.) The look and design of the Wordpress site can be simple. The site is mostly there to display a collection of files in pdf format. Here is what is important: 1. The Wordpress site should function like a CMS so that several users can edit and add pages (perhaps consider the edit-flow and members plugin) 2. Pdfs should be easy to upload and link to (perhaps wp-mpdf plugin) 3. Main pages needed: 1) homepage, 2) Index of Past Issues, 3) Past Issues Page (for each of 4 most recent issues) 4) About LORE, and Editorial Guidelines, static pages that can look the same. 4. You don’t need to migrate every issue of the journal – the 4 most recent issues is OK. But site should support simple workflow for updating basic journal. 5. Write brief instructions saying how to add past issue pages 6. Theme must be error free and cross browser compatible Design can be simple, and as long as the site keeps basic functions of original site, and supports simple workflow (add new issue, update index of past issues etc.) I’m flexible on what site looks like.
