Custom Wordpress Theme Needed for Service Provider

While I create beautiful designs for my customers, I find that I am personally just too involved and too critical of my own work to produce a Wordpress theme for myself. The theme needs to be widget-ready and Wordpress 2.8 compliant. It is important for me to also have a blog area, as well as tastefully integrated social media icons. To get a feel for my taste, I am attracted to the following designs: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (I really like this top navigation, and somewhat like the collapsible menus to the right... would be cool if these supported widgets). [login to view URL] (I like this pinstriped background with the use of bold colored accents) I'm looking for a nice modern, sleek look, that's half corporate type feel and half fun/personal. I really like the rotating feature areas of the first two examples and will also want something like this. In addition to the pinstriped background, I'm also a fan of Victorian style designs, as see with damask backgrounds. I really like this Wordpress design: [login to view URL], for the header and background, but not so much a fan of the navigation and the content area could use some jazzing up. I'm unfortunately quite budget conscious so price will be a heavily weighted factor. Please include examples of prior Wordpress works if available. Thanks!
