Add Completed design to template editor

I have a completed design. You can see the HTML version here at [login to view URL]*graphi*[login to view URL] I will be giving the winner the PSD. There are 2 types of Amazon stores...1 for affialtes that does not have a template builder and another called Seller account for those who have their own items to sell and this Seller account provides a template builder where you can upload jpegs and then position them correctly where they need to go. You will also have to cut the PSD correctly. Right now, the HTML header that I have on the link above is at the correct width cut, but there are pieces of images in the cut that should not be there. I will also want the search image removed from the PSD. I will want winner to immediately begin after being selected. No starting tomorrow stuff. Thanks
