Site Architect : Cake / CI . Pref. CI reason , light weight, easy to handle & is more secured .As a Server we will recommend Linux with PHP 5 or above, MYSQL - 5 or above. Shared server will be fine initially to start with. Later depending -on the traffic we can switch to dedicated server or AWS.
